You might be wondering how my weight-loss adventure went and you might be wondering what has brought me to the surface. The answer to the former is that I failed miserably and the answer to the latter is that things are pretty bad and this is a cry for help.
Working long hours on the job, I had a mental breakdown leaving me more vulnerable to cravings for unhealthy foods. I fell off the wagon – tbh! I gained 5kgs, I am not surprised.

No one is perfect. What matters is that you keep trying!
Oh and the good news – I resigned from my job last week after 8years.
So, here I am. I would like to believe that a status update is the next step in propelling me back into the ring.
So here’s my plan
- Start analysing myself and my trouble spots in life – and pay attention to the interactions between various sectors such as work, home, relationships and money.
- Keep it simple – especially the exercises
- Rework my nutrition – yuss!
Here are a few examples of good things I personally think that doing every single day would help make me a more balanced, healthy version of myself:
- Eating breakfast
- Brushing my hair, oh also my 🦷
- Prayer/Meditation
- Exercise/Stretching/Dancing
- Master one yoga posture
- Moisturise
- Self affirmation
Psst: I have a long list of ideas for daily habits, but I could use more. What do you think is a daily habit of a well-balanced person?

Love ya,
